Hollywood Actor George Clooney in light with his new released movie “Tomorrowland” on 22nd May, 2015. In a show “Tomorrowland” actor has once again apologised for the 1997 superhero movie,  he admitting that he feels he had destroyed the franchise.

Actor George Clooney Appearing on “The Graham Norton Show” to talk about his latest released movie “Tomorrowland”, the 54-year-old hunk said, “I did ‘Batman & Robin’…which was a disaster. Other than that, there’s never been a reason for me to go to Comic-Con.”

Tomorrowland actor George Clooney admitted that he made a bad career move with playing the Caped Crusader in the 1997 movie Batman and Robin.

When the show host pointed out on Clooney about his apologized statements before for the critically-panned movie, the Emmy-winning actor replied, “I always apologize for ‘Batman & Robin’. Let me just say that I actually thought I destroyed the franchise, ya know, until they brought it back and changed it.”

While in film industry most actors would gain more prominence after taking a superhero role, but George Clooney thought he made a bad career move with playing the Caped Crusader in the 1997 movie Batman and Robin”. I thought at the time, this was going to be a good career move. Um, it wasn’t,” George Clooney added.

George Clooney went on talking about his heavy suit that he wearing in that movie and drew laughs when mimicking director Joel Schumacher, who was in charge of “Batman & Robin”.

This time George Clooney’s new sci-fi film “Tomorrowland” was released in United State and worldwide theatres on May 22, 2015. “Tomorrowland,” based on draws on company founder Walt Disney’s futuristic visions of a utopian society, features Clooney as a mysterious inventor and Britt Robertson (Casey Newton) as a young woman who finds a portal to a distant world. The existence of this new distinct world is in between time and space known as ‘Tomarrowland’.

George Clooney’s starrer and Brad Bird-directed film this new sci-fi movie Tomorrowland debuted at No. 1 on North American box office despite a disappointing opening of around $32.1 million.
